Scubidu Music is an independent platform based in São Paulo dedicated to the development of international musical projects, cultural exchanges, and artistic initiatives of high creative value.

 

Founded and directed by Flavio de Abreu , the company has been connecting artists, institutions, festivals, and cultural organizations in Brazil and abroad for over two decades. Throughout its history, it has consolidated a unique approach that combines artistic vision, institutional articulation skills, and the practical execution of complex projects.

 

More than a traditional production company or artistic agency, Scubidu Music works to create contexts where music can generate meaningful encounters between territories, audiences, and creative communities.

 

Its work is organized into four main areas:

Creation and execution of artistic residencies, tours, exchanges and collaborations between Brazil and other countries, in partnership with festivals, consulates, cultural institutes and public and private organizations.

Development of projects related to the preservation and enhancement of musical collections, copyrights, image rights, tributes, and cultural memory — with a focus on the legacy of Hermeto Pascoal.

Strategic conception, curation, institutional structuring, and complete monitoring of cultural initiatives from beginning to end.
